While the Barn Owls take centre stage up at my local barn, the ever present little owls are always incredible to watch.
Unfortunately they usually only come out after sunset and so its often too dark for photographs.
On this occasion however this little guy popped out of the barn and stood on this post for a good 20 minutes watching both me & the sunset.
One of my favourite characteristics of these owls is how grumpy they always look, like a little old man who’s angry that you are on his lawn!
